WING Inc. named PRIME Contract Holder in Maryland CATS Award

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has established this Master Contract vehicle to procure IT consulting and technical services for the State of Maryland. The objective of this Master Contract is to enable State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through CATS, the State will have a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing Task Orders (TO) specific to its needs. WING holds eight (8) Functional Areas under this Master Contract:

FA1 Enterprise Service Provider
FA2 Web and Internet Systems
FA3 Electronic Document Mgmt.
FA5 Software Engineering
FA6 Systems/Facilities Mgmt. And Maintenance
FA7 Information System Security
FA14 Media and Training Center Support
FA15 Documentation/Technical Writing
