WING Inc. Awarded State of Maryland Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS) Master Contract Award valued at $70 Million for a 5 year term

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) issued a RFP to procure Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software, Installation and Training services for the COTS software, and Manufacturer’s Software Maintenance, for the State of Maryland. Through this Master Contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation, the State will have a flexible means of obtaining these products and services, quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing Purchase Order Requests for Quotations (PORFQs) specific to its needs.
WING is a holder of all three functional areas of this award:
1) Functional Area I – COTS Software
2) Functional Area II – Installation and Training Services
3) Functional Area III- Manufacturer’s Software Maintenance
