efforts. Since
October 2001,
Mrs.
Williams is
WING Inc.’s
100 percent
owner and Chief
Executive Officer.
Mrs. Williams
has a background
in Computer
Information
Systems with
an emphasis
in Computer
Management.
She has a Bachelor's
degree in Computer
Information
Systems from
Strayer University,
Washington,
D.C. and is
currently pursuing
a Masters in
Computer Management
Systems from
University Maryland,
University College.
Mrs. Williams
is also a Microsoft
Certified Database
Administrator
(MCDBA) and
a Microsoft
Certified Solutions
Developer (MCSD).
Before establishing
Williams Information
Network Group
Inc., Mrs. Williams
worked as the
Database Manager
on the State
of Maryland
Department of
Health and Mental
Hygiene (DHMH)
implementation
of the Congressional
Mandate for
the Health Insurance
Portability
and Accountability
Act (HIPAA).
Her key role
brought their
Medicaid Management
Information
System (MMIS)
into HIPAA compliance.

Chief Technology
Officer.
Mr. Williams
has a Bachelors
degree in Computer
Information
Systems from
Strayer University,
Washington,
D.C. In addition,
he is a Microsoft
Certified Systems
Engineer (MCSE),
Microsoft Certified
Solutions Developer
(MCSD), Microsoft
Certified Database
Administrator
(MCDBA), and
a Microsoft
Certified Trainer
(MCT). Prior
to WING Inc.,
Mr. Williams
helped design
and build a
Multi-Million
Dollar Coldwell
Banker Internet
site for Interealty
Corporation
and was the
key developer
until 1998.
Recently, he
was the Chief
Internet Developer
for the Department
of Defense's
Global Emerging
Infections System
and a Sales
Engineer at
Citrix Incorporated.
