Client Background: Ahlers and Associates is an integrated solutions company offering software, hardware, and support services to nonprofit healthcare providers in Texas. They have an Ahlers Health Care Systems software they market and sell as well as providing various services that include: data processing and billing services, management reporting systems for non-profit health care providers, and statewide (Texas) family planning management systems. Under the Title X Family Planning Procurement, Ahlers and Associates provides the software to capture Title X data.

WING Support: As the sole Subcontractor on the task, WING Inc is tasked to provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) Next Day Service Support contract to the Prime Ahlers and Associates for the 41 clinics participating in this project. WING’s involvement includes troubleshooting software and network issues, staff training, and application upgrades.
