for APEX Realty,
which identified current
needs and future requirements
to support APEX business
process. Obstacles
to technology enablers
were properly identified
and solutions to remediate
problems concerning
multiple locations,
compatibility errors,
and database synchronization
issues were successfully
implemented.
Under our WING-Hawk™
product, our systems
analysts were available
to Apex under service
contract to perform
onsite maintenance,
internetworking, network
administration and
other professional
consulting services.
WING provided
the engineering support
required in order
to evaluate current
information system
requirements, development,
and technical implementation
of a more reliable
and scalable solution.
WING created an Enterprise
Domain Topology encompassing
MS ISA Firewall with
Windows AD Domain
and configured WIRELESS
access for all clients
with encryption. WING
effectively integrated
these solutions into
the APEX existing
systems, on time and
under budget.
In addition to network
design and implementation,
under WING-Hawk™,
WING provided APEX
a maintenance and
repair contract. This
maintenance contract
was engaged to build
on the previous Implementation
Contract. It encompasses
but is not limited
to the following duties:
perform windows and
security updates;
perform server software
updates; perform specialized
application updates
and configurations;
repair as necessary,
all computer related
equipment; interface
with vendors for future
upgrades and maintenance;
build computers and
perform impact studies
for purchases. |
